@PikminMarioKirby Looking pretty good!
Do you reckon music and the food rhythm games gonna be seperate modes then? Or is 'music' just gonna be a sound test menu?
On an unrelated note, I'm still loving how it's fusing the best of Super and Superstars with the core gameplay influenced by the latter particularly.
But I can't see any koopa banks on any of the boards (even Western Land I don't think!)
What's the consensus on this? I don't think it's a massive deal especially if bad luck spaces are back but I do think removing it from WL is a bit of an odd desicion.
@Nintoz The food rhythm game seems to be separate from music however I could be wrong. My guess is that the supposed music option will be something like a sound test.
I don’t mind if we don’t get Koopa Banks, they’re a cool gimmick though. Unlucky spaces are interesting, I’m excited to see how those turn out.
Has anyone noticed that Jamboree is being featured on the nintendo websites front page now, not echoes of wisdom? maybe we might get some new info soon !!
afk for a lot of fall, very busy month! still spying on yall :3

The front page feature is constantly rotating every couple seconds between Jamboree, Zelda, World Championship and a generic advertisement for popular Switch games so I wouldn't necessarily read much into that.
@FishyS Well it’s listed first (on the US website), so when you go on the website it’s the first thing you see (ahead of echoes of wisdom). I don’t necessarily think that this means we’re getting a trailer soon, but it is interesting seeing this first above echoes of wisdom since Mario Party still has about two months until release and echoes of wisdom comes out next month. This probably doesn’t mean much for the advertising campaign (unless there’s a slight marketing push before the next echoes of wisdom trailer), but either way I think we are getting a trailer pretty soon.

@PikminMarioKirby On the Japanese website it is Zelda, then Switch sports, then Emio.
The UK site doesn't rotate in the same way but it is Emio, then World Championship, then Zelda, then Jamboree.
I'm not convinced they didn't just tell the local website designers what games they wanted on the homepage and then let them display them in whatever way they thought looked attractive. 😆
Yeah, I'll have to agree with @FishyS, it probably doesn't mean that much. If anything, I think it's kind of odd that it's the first thing that's shown because Zelda is coming out a month earlier than Mario Party. It's probably too soon for an overview trailer as well, I think that would be uploaded sometime in September. I could be wrong on that, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.
@MarioVillager92 Instead of just an order link, half the front page will probably be covered in some in-depth Zelda article when we get closer to release. Right now they are probably hoping people stay on the homepage for more than 4 seconds and see all the advertisements equally. Though whoever designed that wheel may have underestimated how quickly people click off..I would have made it spin faster personally.
I think it'll come down to when the next Direct is. If they're waiting until after Splatoon 3 Grand Fest to do the Direct then I could see a Jamboree trailer next week acting similar to last week's Echoes of Wisdom trailer but if they're pulling a 2019 where the Direct is only a few weeks away I think they'd save the next Jamboree news for the Direct.
@Grumblevolcano Yeah I think there’s enough time before the Direct, although it does depend on whether the Direct is earlier in the month or closer to the middle.

Yeah I do hope they give this game a big push (which I'm sure they will,) because it seems to have such great online potential and it would be great to have decently sized playerbase to support it.
Very excited to see what sort of shenanigans the Koopathlon mode will bring but I can imagine it getting very competitive that's for sure!
@Nintoz I can see myself playing the Koopathlon mode quite a bit. Coinathlon mode in Star Rush was pretty fun and it was my favorite part of that game, so I'm happy it's pretty much making a comeback.
Lots and lots of cool new info about the new modes and minigames!
The new partner system looks interesting, I'm much more optimistic about it than I was for the way Super Mario Party did it.
But guys...
There's a Waluigi Pinball Minigame!!
Cannot get the link to the image to work but it's on the website on the minigame page. Scroll right down to the bottom and it's the minigame furthest to the bottom right
@PikaPhantom Yeah Pauline definitely has been a very important Mario character on Switch. She’s now playable in Mario Kart, Mario Party, Mario Tennis, Mario Golf, and Mario Strikers, as well as being a main character in Mario Odyssey.
@Nintoz I can’t tell how the partner system works from what I’ve seen, I’m very interested to see more!
THAT MINI GAME LOOKS SO GOOD! Hopefully the mini-game uses the Waluigi Pinball Mario Kart music (or more likely a remix or it)

@Anti-Matter There are some motion based games and some button based. As we now know some minigames will be returning from older games, I would expect there more button ones overall
Motion control mini games can be turned off completely iirc
