No release date yet, aside from the PC version.
There's a new mode that can make the player watch the first episode of the anime with the characters(the twitter account of the developers said it:https://twitter.com/spicytails/status/1334779263002714112).
@ChaosBadger777 At least its unique, there are tons of RPGs.But VR anime games can be counted on one hand. Also, this and the previous one are the only ones on Switch.
@Randomname19 it was less than an hour long, took place in pretty much one room and cost £20.
I played it on PSVR and there are some great VR adventure games for less money - Moss, Trover, Ghost Giant to name a few. I don't even know how the VR would work on switch to be fair.
@ChaosBadger777 I got what you mean already in your previous post. But like i said, there are tons of this kind of games. While interactive VR anime are few.
@Randomname19 probably because there wasn't many people who invested in console VR making it less lucrative to create designated software for it - polyarc has gone silent about Moss book 2 and Moss was really well praised and sold well (for a VR game).
In fairness I pretty much only turn mine on nowadays to play Beat Saber with the Mrs.
It also doesn't help that you cant even get VR on Switch outside of the weird Labo hold your console to your face kit.
Saying that I would love a more realised S&W VR experience as I loved the books.
I’m gonna start watching the anime after I finish Nichijou, so I might actually pick this up. Especially since I’ll be able to actually use labo VR for something😅
