I was searching the forums and realized there was no dedicated thread for Ring Fit Adventure despite the game being over 2 years old which I found really odd.
So this thread should be for all things about Ring Fit Adventure.

I've almost had Ring Fit Adventure for a year now and am still making progress in the adventure mode. I'm on World 21, so the end is near for my initial run through. While I have put the game down for decent lengths of time, I do tend to think of Ring Fit as one of my favorite games of all time. ARMS and Ring Fit probably would be the last two games in my current All Time Top 5. I went into Ring Fit last year expecting an experience a tad better than Wii Fit, a game that I enjoyed from the Wii era. What I've played has blown Wii Fit away. I'm very impressed with how intense the routine of this game can be while having the creativity to make it feel much more than a set of exercises. I know I'm playing a fitness game, but more so I feel like I'm playing through this respectfully grand RPG adventure. It's also a perfect game to play this time of year just to warm up. In spite of how different a game like this is from the usual, Ring Fit Adventure is a must have experience.

I haven't played it in a while (sitting at roughly 60 hours of playtime) but it's a pretty great game. I think it strikes a fantastic balance between being a video game (RPG) and offering you a good workout. As someone who used to be pretty lazy when it comes to workouts it served as a great entry point to finally do some excercises. I still remember the pain of doing those squats when I started out.
Imo it is unironically one of the best exclusives on the Switch

This game is awesome! It is the real gamification of doing fitness. I lost more than 50 pounds with this game (in addition to changing my diet). My only complaint with the game is that after finishing it there is little incentive to keep playing. Nintendo should release some DLC for this game.

I was building up some regularity of playtime of RFA until one night I was doing one of the yoga exercises to recover some hearts in adventure mode and I felt a muscle pull in my butt out of nowhere. I think that was over a year ago and it's still not completely normal (though thankfully significantly better then it was in the first few weeks) and I think that damaged my relationship with the game a bit. Not that I blame the game, but lingering muscle injuries really hack me off and it's just taken the edge off my approach to the game, so while I still play it, it's currently just an occasional thing, rather than part of my weekly routine. I think I'm actually only about Day 18/Level 50 with it.

I do also question some of the design of it. Like, some of the limited exercises available at the start of adventure mode were really intensive but had very low enemy damage ratings, then a bit further in you unlock some pretty light stuff (like the one where you stand with the ring in one hand, arms stretched up above your head and you just twist your arms over and over) that scores double/triple the damage of the early intensive ones and it feels a bit of a cheat, but you'd be nuts to try and stick with the low scoring exercises as the enemies level up.

And the only shakes I've ever seen the point in bothering with are the spinach recovery shakes, so all the other ingredients that you pick up feel irrelevant to me.

I think Ring Fit is a great fitness game. As much as I loved Wii Fit, it really never provided me with much of a workout. Ring Fit is much more of a challenge and I enjoy doing it a lot more.

Hi everyone.
Do any of you know how to increase jogging minutes?
In my experience, I'd prefer to jog a little more between exercises. At one point, a hint said that it was possible to do this from the settings, but I couldn't find it.
Thank you,
