I just brought a switch (animal crossing edition) I am thinking about going digital because I don’t have space. I brought 2 of the 512gb so cards that’s officially lisensed by Nintendo I was wondering when Nintendo stops the e shop on the switch will I still be able to play digital games? I heard online that the switch game cards last for 20 years (only one website says 20 years) If the article I read is true about the game cards last only for 20 years and I decide to go all digital would I still be able to play digital games? I know once the e shop is closed I won’t have access to re download the games I am planning on using the 2nd 512 gb so card that I brought to download all the digital games and keep the 2nd 512gb sd card in a case and store it in my filing cabinet. If I had all digital games on 2 sd cards that is lisensed by Nintendo will I still be able to play the digital games once they close the e shop? Or should I go all physical? If I go all physical does. Anyone here believe that the game cards only last for 20 years? I know my friends have a NES and all of the games are still working (when batteries are replaced) When I look online about how long the DS and 3Ds game cards last they are rated for 20-50 years but for switch only 20 years? That’s redicilous Should I go all physical or digital?

@Aar5144 There are a lot of stories about people buying cheap cards on eBay that appear to be large but are actually only like 2 gigs. They're cheesed to make it look like they're big when you plug them into anything, so it's easy to fool you.
