That game is the reason I wanted a PS2 way back when. I was planning to buy a PS2 to watch DVD movies. But we ended up getting a dedicated DVD player. LOL.
But . . . if I got Playstation, that would literally be the only game I'd want for the system. So it makes no sense for me to get a Playstation for one game. LOL. (The bulk of the games I like, and my kids like are on Nintendo.)
How is Grid Autosport? I see it is done by Codemasters. They did my favourite PS1 racing game, Collin McRae Rally 2.0.
Ridge Race 7 - One of my favorite PS3 games. I'm all for buying a re-release of this game if it means we'll get a Ridge Racer 8 down the line.
Tales of Xillia 1 & 2 - I'm surprised that Namco hasn't announced a re-release of these 2 games yet, considering that they re-released Symphonia and Vesperia around their respective 10 year anniversaries. I'm a little worried about how they'll go about releasing these 2 games though. Will they release them separately, physical and/or digital? Will they only release Xillia 1 on a cart and 2 via a download code, or will they be gracious enough to use a 32GB cart, therefore having enough space for Japanese voice acting and multiple language options?
Mugen Souls and Mugen Souls Z - I would love to see a uncensored re-release of these 2 games eventually. Possibly with most, if not all, DLC.
Sengoku Basara HD Collection - From what I heard, the filesize of this release is around 25 GB, so it'll fit nicely into a 32GB cart. Unfortunately, Capcom is too cheap to use cartridges larger than 8GB for their re-releases.
Sengoku Basara 4 - The only mainline SB game I haven't played yet. Unfortunately, the filesize is 17GB alone for the original PS3 version, and the total filesize with Sumeragi included comes to around 31-32GB. A physical release is pretty much out of the question, sadly.
Any PS3 game coming to Switch is pretty cool (unless its over-priced and bad of course), but I have little interest in those ports specifically. I still play PS3 (and plan to play a lot more in the next couple of years), so they would not be for me.
But if they ported The Orange Box or Beyond Good and Evil HD I'd buy those for a 3rd time. (technically 2nd for the latter being HD at all)
+1 RE: Ridge Racer. I used to play Ridge Racer 64. LOL. But not play the DS version. On Game Cube I ended up with R: Racing Evolution. I never really mastered the brakes on R: Racing Evolution. I should dust it off and see how well I do now-a-days. LOL.
