Topic: Pro controller grip problems

So basically the grips on my pro controller are somewhat loose. So loose that I can sometimes twist the right one slightly. They also sometimes click when I grip onto them. Is this a flaw or is it normal. I'm pretty sure they weren't like this when I bought it. Any advice?

@RandomName I haven't run into this problem myself, but this is at least the second and third time I have heard of it now.
