I'm loving PLA right now and I'm really excited for what comes next in the Legends series. I've been really into space themed Pokemon cards recently and it would be cool to see Deoxys get more limelight.
@Vivianeat I do think that Deoxys needs more attention. It has an amazing design and it's kind of the only alien Pokemon right? Not counting the things from Sun and Moon , I forgot their names.
@Snatcher One thing I love about PLA is that it takes place in the past! Imagine a Legends game taking place in 90s Kanto/Hoenn with the main focus Pokemon, Deoxys!
I agree with people saying Kanto, Pokemon Legends Mew anyone? Definitely some lore and geography to explore there. Although I think what I want more from the Legends series if it was to continue is a fair bit more polish. They're definitely getting away with it this time around because of how novel it is but I would want more out of it on a second attempt. Would like to see their second attempt be a fair bit more open and a lot less linear
Definitely want to see them continue down this path though. They're onto something very solid here

"Don't stir the pot" is a nice way of saying "they're too dumb to reason with"
If they do another Legends game they need to create a new Legendary Pokemon. One that sneaks into children's bedrooms in the middle of the night to take them against their will. Maybe a dark type clown with red balloons or one in trenchcoat with a bag of candy?
I would love to see Johto receive the Legends treatment, dating back to the time just prior to the Brass Tower burning down, or hell, kill two birds with one stone and make a single Kanto/Johto game that explores the origins of Mew/Mewtwo as well (which can also have a connection to the Brass Tower fire).
A fun twist could be that some yet-to-be revealed Pokémon destroyed Brass Tower as punishment to the mad scientists who secretly used the tower as a site to carry out cruel experiments on Mew and eventually create the unnatural abomination that is Mewtwo (along with the failed prototypes before Mew was successfully impregnated, and Mewtwo, as we now know it, came into being).
So many possibilities. Celebi could have a connection to it all as well due to its time travelling abilities. For one, why does Mewtwo have not just one, but two Mega forms? And why are there so many Mewtwos around while Mew remains so elusive? Who is keeping the Mewtwo project alive? The help of Celebi could perhaps reveal all, but such a story also sounds just a little too bleak by the franchise’s standards.
At times like this, I wish I could come up with the scenario for such a game.
"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
@Silly_G To add to your Legends: Mew Mewtwo, would b cool if you played as a trainer/scientist and your goal is to catch and collect DNA from Pokemon and turn them in to the bio company you work for. Little did u know they were going to use it to clone Mew and it turned out horrible. All this in a 90s tech Kanto setting! They could also include Pokemon from other regions too! An awesome twist could come into play with Oak or Team Rocket.
Pokémon Legends Necrozma would work well. Ultra Megapolis as the hub, 4 islands as the different areas, with wormholes scattered across the map leading to different ultra spaces as boss arenas.
Pokemon Legends Luvdisc. A massive open world (all set on the open water sorry IGN). You can explore the epic backstory and lore about why and how Luvdisc came to be and help your own Luvdisc discover the mysterious and surprising omega level powers of Luvdisc that the Pokemon games until this point have barely even hinted at*.
*Spoiler the mega evolution of Luvdisc is a giant, anatomically correct, heart.

The only issue with a prequel to gen 1 being set in a 90's tech era, is that gen 1 is already a 90's tech era, so the world couldn't possibly be all that different if set a couple years before.
It'd probably be better to make it at least 80's era (which would be cooler anyways), though would probably have to be set even earlier.
