The new Pock & Rocky game is titled "Pocky & Rocky: Reshrined" and should be released in Q3 of 2021.

It was mentioned during a panel at the New Game Plus expo.
A new trailer was also shown, but that's not online yet.

Since it's a Taito property I wouldn't be surprised if ININ / Strictly Limited published this game physically.

Tengo Project just put a new trailer up. It's basically the same as the one from march, but with less cuts in the gameplay.

@Slowdive Yes there is I got the feeling that NL is not on top of the Pocky & Rocky news, so I thought I'd put every new thing I found here. And a physical release would indeed be cool!

Can't wait for this. Wild Guns Reloaded and Ninja Warriors Again were brilliant, can't see how this won't also be.

@Slowdive Yes, definitely! It looks exactly like I remembered it, but actually it's a big improvement in detail of the environment. And I love that it's still pixel-based, unlike most of these types of remakes & reimaginings.

Sadly, the game has been delayed until spring 2022. I was wondering why we didn't get any updates.

@NeonPizza I'm not a Dragon Quest III guy, just obsessively following Pocky & Rocky
But I don't see news about a delay for that one. And it's Square-Enix instead of Natsume, right?

Can't wait to pick this one up when it comes out. I wonder if they'll also remake the sequel as well. It would be nice if there's remakes of Power Rangers Fighting Edition and Gundam Wing: Endless Duel sometime in the future, although the chances are slim due to licensing issues.

Sigh, was hoping for a before christmas release. Oh well, atleast its not canceled. 😊
