@Roger_Brazil To keep a child from shopping on ehsop, the Switch has a setting to ask for a pin or password to access eshop. That can be turned off.
After opening eshop on the Switch, select your user icon in the upper right to access your eshop account information. It shows your available money, credit card info. In there, scroll down to "password-entry settings". "Starting Nintendo eShop" can be set to "Skip Password".
In different regions the page maybe be slightly different, or say slightly different things, but that's where you can turn off the password for opening eshop

Uploading will create several links, but the only one you will need is the one that is called "Direct link".

Ooh, is that a better image? So, there's an option to sign in with Nintendo Network ID, if you've set that up? Or Google, etc, etc? What's the actual problem there?
@BruceCM So, this is his Nintendo account on the Nintendo site. I think this looks ok.
"Nao" is portuguese for "not"
It says Nintendo ID not connected, but that's ok, right? He doesn't need that because, Nintendo has stopped using Nintendo Network Network ID for security reasons. Right? I'm thinking this looks fine?

If you had used the 'Direct link' and posted them like I showed you, then you would have gotten the result like @WoomyNNYes showed in the comment above. It's not that difficult...

Well, there's one picture that's too blurry to make out what it says .... I'm being dense but what is the PROBLEM & where is it occuring? Since the picture doesn't show that!
