This morning I got my switch perfecty fine, it's wonderful.
The only problem I got was that when I get a loud sound in Zelda (i.e. When I discover a new object or when I die) I get a distorted and loud static sound over the main sound. For the rest of the game other sounds are perfect (for the small speakers the switch has).
Do you think I should contact my retailer to get a new switch or it's a minor issue you can find in other consoles due to the low quality of the speakers? The static sound is pretty annoying, if not I wouldn't be here asking for help.
Thanks a lot for the attention
(And sorry for my grammar, I'm from Italy)
Nick where did you get yours from? I'm
having the same problem with mine. I'm frustrated because there's no way to transfer save data so even if I have it replaced it need to start from scratch.
@Ccerne1 I got mine from GameStop i just called and said that my speakers were messed up and they ordered me a new Switch, its coming early next week...but it does suck that we have to start zelda all over again
Hey guys, my switch is doing the exact same thing. Speaker sounds distorted on the left speaker. More noticeable during loud dialogue or high pitch noises. Seems that this may be a bigger problem. Did getting a new switch fix the problem for you guys?
I also have an issue with the left speaker. It sounds distorted on load noises when I play zelda. Nintendo is sending me a box to mail it in for repair.
