Everyone is debating about the Nintendo switch's hardware, one of the things i do not see everyone debating is there online system, sure the switch is cool and is a hybrid console/handheld and there trailer showed it like it was catering to adults. With that in mind I'm looking for an online system, as someone who does not have xbox/ps3 and never got in with that crowd and had a nintendo wii, the online was enough to make me go from nintendo to pc gaming. I'm fed up with nintendo's safe shit, pokemon sun/moon removed voice chat feature from online battles, heck even new leaf does not have a voice chat function. Even the 3ds does not have a form of message sending they had swap note, but they got rid of it because they programmed it to draw pictures, but they cancelled the online service for that because people were sending drawn dick picks. Get rid of the safe crap, allow the parents to set the level of online functionality for children, have a better communication system, optional cool points if you add voice chat.
I'm probably not going to be getting the switch on launch day i'll probably wait at least a week, lurk, and see what the online system is like before spending my money. Cheap Gimmicks will only get you so far.
Nintendo! it is up to you weather or not the Nintendo Switch becomes the Nintendo Ditch.
