Hello guys im gonna buy a second held Switch.
The seller doesnt have any access to logged Account and the Switch has a Parental lock.
How can i get rid of these and use it like a New device ?

@quandiledingle I don't think there's a way around the parental controls without contacting Nintendo. I believe you need the original owner & account that set up the parental controls. Otherwise that Switch is a paperweight.

What do you mean here seller doesn't have access? This sounds like Stolen Switch. They should talk to the Parents of the Switch with Parental lock to resolve this before selling the console. You can't remove or do anything since your not the owner and NIN support will not help since your not the registered owner. Take it back to the seller and have them remove it otherwise no help can be giving here by anyone.

How about recovery mode?

Select the option to "initialize console", a factory reset.
