The only games of the launch titles that interest me are Ocarina of Time and Mario 64, but I already have them as ports, so I won’t get this on launch. But when Majora’s Mask comes out, I’ll definitely pay extra for just one month. There’s a lot of games from the N64 that would convince me to pay for this, actually.

@chipia I'm surprised by that too. Probably won't get the more expensive membership, might not renew my current membership frankly.

Agreed, people who don't want to pay more currently don't have a good reason to renew the default subscription, given that no new games are added and the online play is still lacking.

They should have at least added Gameboy games for people who don't want to buy the expansion.

I've never played banjo-kazooie, how good is it? How does it rank compared to thebother Rare N64 games?

@chipia I agree with you about the Gameboy games.

@MarioBrickLayer If you like games like Super Mario 64, you'll definitely like Banjo-Kazooie. It's one of the N64's best platformers. I like it more than Donkey Kong 64, for example, though I haven't played much of Banjo-Tooie, admittedly.

Banjo is better than Mario so hopefully people will try it out.

As for me? I’ve still got my n64 with 20-24 games so doubt I’ll enhance my subscription just yet. Will keep an eye to see how it develops.

@Oswinner I also have my N64 and Gamecube, but the problem is the games look terrible on my modern TV, lol

Just give me Snowboard Kids 1 & 2 and I’m happy.

On another note, how is it neither 1080 Snowboarding or Wave Race 64 are on this thing either day one or in the coming soon list?

@gcunit I’m 100% sure Nintendo is actively scared that releasing any other kind of racing game would some how hurt Mario Kart sales. It’s the only reason they’ve left these franchises so far behind.

I think addition of the N64 collection is great, but they don't have Terisphere! I want Tetrisphere on the NSO, then I'll upgrade.

@Mordridakon Just googled that game, man it looks weird...in a good way! I love Tetris, so that would be nice to play for the first time.

@GamingBread It has one of the greatest soundtracks on the N64. Really great stuff. The game play is also excellent as well, not really Tetris, but alluring all the same.

If this new membership tier is no more than $30 a year, I'm likely going to go ahead and switch over. Super Mario 64 is already available for me through Super Mario 3D All-Stars, so I'll be looking forward to playing Ocarina of Time. I've never beaten the original version only the 3DS remake. This would be a perfect way to experience Majora's Mask as well.
