Has anyone played NINJALA? Was it good, I know they had a demo but I missed it last month. I’m excited about this game but not sure if I’m setting myself up for a disappointment. If anyone has some feedback, good or bad I’d just like to know. Thank you

Ninjala already looks good from my first impression.
It looks like Kingdom Heart style battle.
The weapons looks like Keyblade but with different twist.

I haven't played or bought the game yet, but from the first time i saw the trailer i can tell Ninjala will be good.

@MUFFDlVER just play it if you want to and don’t play it if you don’t want to. It’s up to you but if it’s up to me then I would say just play it. It’s free so the only thing you lose is your time.

@Anti-Matter that’s great man. You have the power to know if a game is good just by watching the trailer. Magic.

@Anti-Matter Oh, Ninjala is free to play, so you can at least download it right now. But it won't be playable until it's release day. But I've seen some people on nintendolife mention they were able to access the beta - I don't know how they did that.

@WoomyNNYes
I'm waiting the physical release since i have no interest whatsoever with Free2play stuffs.
I don't want freebies like that.
Never like the appeal of digital + free2play existences.

@Anti-Matter Yeah, I have zero interest in free-to-play, but I'm making an exception for Ninjala. But I'm not expecting much.

@Anti-Matter you liked the gameplay and liked the trailer and were interested in the game but now it’s free and you are not Interested in the game. So to be interested in the game, you want to pay money for a free game to enjoy the game.

I think I understand

@La-weejee the game isn't free what part did you not get. Read what they said not what you think they said first.

Technically the multiplayer aspect of the game is free to play, the story mode/single player you have to pay for as DLC.

@SwitchForce so the game isn’t free to play, antimatter will be so happy he can now pay money to buy this game.

Tbh buying only physical games (regardless of them being free digitally) seems too much like narrowing your choices. There's some amazing digital only games out there which are normally because they are indie developed and don't have the resources or realistic sales predictions to make it worth bothering to release a physical version. Even a company as big as Nintendo has released digital only games which were some of my favourites last gen.

Thanks guys for all the input. I played ninjala and like the idea but just wish it was more skill than luck to win matches. I lthink it’s a decent game, just expected it to be a little different. I was hoping for super smash bros 3D basically.
