Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

There was a direct on February 1st, I guess you all missed it.
Perhaps nobody cares bc it was on FEH Channel.

Lol this thread is just in a loop from about 10 pages ago.

@Dezzy lol pretty much. It's just people griping about no direct, "insiders" dropping the absolute vaguest of "hints", prayers to the Nintendo gods, and random leaks. This thread is feeling like Twitter haha

Hey now, my source that said "people will be VERY excited about a vague unannounced Nintendo game" isn't good enough? But then how will people pay attention to me??

Every rumor that is on this thread is now outdated. Don’t even get me started on the supposed live show.

I'm frustrated, scared, can't sleep. All because Nintendo is a no show in the direct dept 😆

Maybe Nintendo are too busy having a money fight and totally forgot to produce any Directs... or continue developing games.

Or maybe because there is chaos behind the scenes... Dun Dun Dunnnn!

@DannyBoi You mean someone knocked over a Ming vase during the money fight!? That would definitely require a complete lockdown on the building!

One thing we do know from the past is Nintendo has a Nindies Showcase around a few weeks before PAX East and PAX West. This was the case in both 2017 and 2018 so if it continues into 2019 we'd be getting a Nindies Showcase in early/mid March (e.g. 12th).

@nintendobynature I genuinely wonder every night before I go to sleep that when I wake up will there be a sudden reveal of a direct coming that day.

@bluemage1989 you and me both. Except I'm usually excited to refresh my phone in the morning to see what's coming. Only to find out its not. But we should keep our emotions in check. Some think we shouldn't be excited for a direct even though were specifically on the "next Nintendo direct" thread 😉. Hide yo kids hide yo wife hide yo feelings @bluemage1989 !!!

Yep, I've lost count of the number of times he's said he's keeping quiet and doesn't want to spoil things...

@Grumblevolcano I'm starting to believe the Nindies Showcase in January was considered by Nintendo as a Direct... So that's why we haven't got a normal one yet. There must be at least a month (sort of, right?) between the shows, I think. So it may just come at any time from then, probably not even next week. Let's be patient...

@the_beaver January wasn't a Nindies Showcase, Indie Highlights is a separate Europe thing. What I think happened was the Prime 4 restart led to a cancelled Direct with no reschedule and that's why the big info drop on January 8th happened with small announcements in the weeks that followed.

@Grumblevolcano I agree. MP4 is the cause of it.
