Guess I’m just getting old or something. I’m happy to wait and see what happens and enjoy some surprises along the way. Having exact dates for exact games doesn’t bother me, I know roughly what I want and will buy regardless of when it releases .
@FragRed November and December were 1am UK time, January was 2am UK time (1am UK time was Yoshi release date trailer and 1:30am was Kirby release date trailer). So the reveal should be in around 3 hours.
@Anti-Matter id much rather play on switch than Wii u which is why i want to know if something is coming to switch. @BenGrimm I may have been misleading. Im not concerned about release dates but more than anything I'd like to know what's coming to switch this year or possibly 2020. I don't think my thought process is one of an issue or a problem. At least to me it makes sense, I invest in Nintendo alot and just want to know what I CAN invest in the near future.
@Grumblevolcano What is it with giving the UK the shaft when it comes to giving news, or with Sony - the E3 conferences? I know the US is the 2nd biggest market for gaming but I didn't realise the UK was so insignificant.

If you want to buy some games, just go ahead. Doesn't need to wait a Direct to determine your purchase. Your life is NOT directed by Nintendo Direct. That was like a Robot.
For realsies. I grabbed South Park the other day and have been playing that. Completely forgot it’s almost time for new NES games to be announced. And other than Smash, I don’t remember a lot of dates for games any more. When they’re out, they’re out. I’ve got plenty folks that have been surprised Ninty does anything outside the E3 timeframe, so not having a Direct in 4 months isn’t really hurting anyone

@NinChocolate last time Nintendo did anything on announcing any Hardware revision in a direct was the New 3DS. i could see them announcing the Switch Mini in a Direct. but a Switch Pro would probably be best for a E3 themed Direct.

I'm voting that the next direct will be April 26th, and not listening to any rumors that say a date earlier than that, even if it's from Nintendo directly
