@troy258 you may be right. I Hope that in a few weeks (or months), Square announce Crystal Chronicles 1 release date.

@samuslv7 yep my guess is that square doesn't want to overshadow crystal cronicles so they are going to wait until the mainline ones are out.

No Nintendo Direct announcement today.

Don't they normally announce it on Tuesday?

@the_beaver Normally announce on Tuesday for Thursday but having a Direct after the investors meeting seems kind of pointless so it could be announce on Tuesday for Wednesday this time.

When is the investors meeting?

I'm putting it down now: The next Nintendo Direct won't be until March. They're going to go all in on short release dates, and won't announce any games (other than Pokemon) release dates more than 2 months out.

@link3710 It could happen but I hope it doesn't. I like to plan what I want to purchase and play. for example if Fire emblem comes out in may I will pick that up but otherwise I may go for rage 2 on PS4. But at this point it's just wait and see what nintendo does.

@redd214 my head will explode if a direct doesn't come in February 😆 but in all seriousness, the waiting for the announcement has the same feeling of waiting for virtual console on switch in the first year. Granted, the wait for a direct isn't as long as the wait for VC info was, it still feels the same. We're over here speculating and waiting for a direct announcement that may not happen for a while. Each week checking back in to see if its getting announced..what if they never have a direct again?! 😭lol it's crossed my misguided mind a couple times recently and then i have to slap myself back into reality

@whitewatermoose I think everyone is wondering what nintendo is planning. But we just have to take the wait and see approach. We don't have any inside information like you

@whitewatermoose I agree on the fact that devs should be more transparent. A example is Anthem although the game looks great I don't think a lot of people really wanted bioware to make a game like that. They should have invested more time into the mass effect franchise instead of anthem.

Bottom line, none of us know 100% what's going on and wracking our minds trying to figure it out is fruitless and just wasted energy. Just be patient and let's see what pans out. We are owed nothing

@Whitewatermoose Microsoft's situation is weird, they have more than enough XB1 stuff to show at E3 2019 that they could not show the next Xbox at all this year but it seems very likely the PS5 reveal is this year.
