Well that was a bit random. I guess there could still be a proper one on friday. That partner thing was maybe just the stuff they couldn't fit into the big Direct?
if there isnt one on friday its over for their 2020. stop defending them for once. indies can only go so far, while its great so many of you like them stop pretending its a good year for the switch.
Okay. I admit that the last one wasnât too good. But this one was awesome. I donât know why everyone is suddenly assuming it sucks just because itâs a partner showcase? Just Dance 2021 and FUSER look incredible. Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 looks interesting. Iâm all in all really satisfied with this Direct.
Heigh Ho Heigh Ho. Itâs off to work (from home) I go.
Hmmmm well Mr Grubb is saying he thought there was just one thing this week, so that will probably be it, but the full Direct should be quite soon after. Next couple of weeks he seems to think, but he doesn't sound like he really knows when.
If I was Nintendo, I'd just deliberately mess around with the dates to make the leakers look dumb.
I'm not keen on these shadow drops. It doesn't give me any time to get hyped up for it. Though in this instance, it was perhaps for the best to not get too excited for this Direct Mini Partner Showcase.
I think people need to calm down and stop acting like spoiled fanboys like their life depends on this. Partner showcases are a new direct category that launched this summer. First party can still be announced like paper mario and pikmin on their own to not overshadow third parties in the same video.
@Dezzy Quite a few of the games from it are launching within the next few days (World of Tanks Blitz, Jump Force, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Captain Tsubasa). If anything's coming on Friday, it's not a Direct.
To be honest I only expected this week's info to be a Partner Showcase but this one is much better than July's one.
