There may not be a product for what I need, but here is what I am looking for:
More ergonomic, comfortable, bigger joycons
HD rumble (for Tetris Effect, which I play a lot)
Has to be in two pieces not a one piece grip type thing (I often play with the joycons wirelessly in two pieces)
Any ideas here? I am wondering if there is some kind of product that you can slot the joycons into that just makes them bigger and gives them a grip. Anyways, not sure, and searches are surprisingly unhelpful.
You'd have to give up the HD rumble, and you can only play in portable mode, but it's the best control option I've experience on Switch. The joy-con will go down as the worst controller ever developed by Nintendo. Yes, worse than Virtual Boy.

@Magician Does it have regular rumble? Playing in portable mode only is very much not ideal for me, since I like having the joycons detached and playing with one in each hand split (it is much more ergonomic for my shoulders). But will look into these, they seem generally recommended.
No, no rumble at all. Matter fact, it also lacks NFC, gyro, and the IR. The reasons for my recommending them is because the form factor is significantly larger than the joy-con; very comfortable for larger hands. I find the slightly mushy buttons and d-pad more pleasant for extended play. And the concaved analog sticks are a plus over convex, imo.
@Magician That does sound better, but I think there are alternatives that have some form of rumble at least. I think I could do with no wireless play or no rumble, but not both.
@moonrepresentsmyhear Is this for a disability or comfort? That would make a HUGE difference in suggestions depending on which is your reasoning for wanting suggestions since some of the more disability friendly ones are quite awkward if you aren't disabled.
@LilyGoMEOW it is for comfort primarily. I have had nerve issues in the past and normal joycons exacerbate it, but it isn't an accessibility issue, i.e. I can functionally play games using the normal joycons.
I found it searching for replacement joy cons. Looks like it has decent reviews.
Hope this helps! Happy gaming.

If you are responding to me in forums or a comment I would much appreciate it if you quoted or tagged me in your responses so I can see it and respond. Otherwise I usually can’t tell that you’ve replied. Thanks!
So unless your Joy-Cons or Pro controller your going to lack those features that you want and your options will be limited if you want what rumbe and features Joy-Con and Pro have.
