Is your switch loose in the dock? Mine is, once correctly inserted it's like its only sit on the USB plug and I can balance the switch up and down on both side. I tested this with 2 other switch and mine move a lot more than the 2 other I tested.

This with the screen that is not aligned in the frame, I start to think I took the worst swicht I could on the shelf.

Mine's not, but I've heard of some cases of people having a slightly warped dock. I'd say send it/take it back and get a new one if possible.

Mine wiggles a little bit, but not much at all. How much does yours wiggle, exactly?

Mine wiggles a good bit too. The only thing that makes me worry about is a higher chance of scratches, which there are ways to prevent that.

@KirbyTheVampire Hard to say. More than I expected. I would say at 1/16 of an inch each side. Sound not much but it's enough so the switch don't looks straight in the dock.

I could have lived with it if all the other ones wiggle that much too, problem is, I tested 3, only on mine it's that important.

Hmm, mine does that too, but only when I press down on the right side. The left side doesn't move at all. Mine also looks straight, and isn't tilted at all to either side. Maybe some of the docks are just kind of wonky? It's probably not a huge deal either way, as long as everything's functioning properly. I didn't even notice anything moved at all until I saw your thread and pushed down on the side of the system.

Mine wiggles a bit too, is this something that can damage the console in anyway? I have a glass screen protector, but I'm still worried, especially when I'm switching games.
