Topic: Metroid Lore - what's next after Dread?

Beware spoilers ahead, but I'll try to be vague and where I can't, you know, spoiler tags.

After that ending in Metroid Dread. It really felt like it brought her character arc full circle. The story felt complete to me. My understanding is that Metroid wasn't really renowned for it's story. Personally I was fine with it and was intrigued by it's overall universe.
Once it was known she became a full blown Metroid and that signature skill was on display, it got me thinking about the how Ravenbeak would clone her. They could pull a LoZ dark timeline. One of her clones ends up defecting and I feel that opens it back up as a sort of redemption arc. She fights the chozo constructs that Ravenbeak has built or something.

just another avenue to explore in my opinion as I'd rather not wait another 20 years for another Metroid entry, Prime 4 excluded.
