Morning all, anyone else having this problem? When I click the joy cons to the screen to play on there it's as though they are clicking on properly, it's making the click noise but if I tilt the screen up/down it's as though they're sliding out so keep disconnecting, am I doing something wrong? I've mainly got it to use off the TV but I'm really struggling as every couple of minutes I have to reconnect?

It will 'click' before the joy con is fully inserted - make sure you're pushing the joycon all the way down. Then test it - if you can push it back up, without holding the release button, then something's up with it.

You guys had me at blood and semen.

What better way to celebrate than firing something out of the pipe?

Thanks for this, I can feel it "click" into place but you can jiggle it up and down by say half a centremetre or so when I'm playing it on the screen if i tilt it forward the joy cons "drop" by this half centremetre then it shows as disconnected so you've got press the LR buttons. I'll give it a go and see if it releases without pressing the buttons, if not I'm pretty screwed for using it away from home

So just to update on this, I was hungover as a hungover thing on the most hungover day of the week on Sunday and that's the only reason I can think it didn't work because when I got home last night it was absolutely fine. So if anyone else has this problem and you're hungover, just wait until you're totally sober and it should work fine
