Topic: How will the chat system work?

I have no cell phone nor do i want one, not my thing. But i really enjoy the chat system on the ps4. So will i be able to add friends and start chats on nintendo or do i need some cell phone/app? i really hope not i hate cell phones. Also would be awesome to have an app on the switch that lets you join in on psn and its chats.
