Topic: Help with epic games

I have linked my epic games account to my Nintendo account so that my son can play on his switch. However it did not carry through to his switch and kept saying that the epic games account was already linked to a Nintendo account. On my Nintendo account it shows the epic games account is linked but it simply would not work on the switch. My son has now given up and just started playing on a new account on the switch. Is there any way of sorting this as he has loads of skins etc on his epic games account but is now a newb again on the switch.

I'm guessing you're talking about Fortnite. You didn't say this specifically, but did you try logging in while in-game? Forgive me if you've done that, and I've misunderstood.
