My daughter asked Tom Nook for an extra room in her house which I assisted her with he said "yes" but no room ever came yet she's had to pay the loan off! I have spoken to Nintendo customer service who said they can't help. I need to use forums. Can anyone help please? 🙏

If you already had four rooms (counting the big main room), chances are the new room appeared as a set of stairs next to your entrance.
