Topic: Failed joy con repair

Usually I'm not so bad repairing this kind of device, but this is second board that this happen, I want to know if this is a no solution problem.

While trying to connect the wires from light and buttons(SR/SL) from the side, the black lock from this ribbon as jump off. Is it possible to put back or replace this part?

I would take it to a repair shop. But this is coming from someone who can replace the sticks and do custom shells and that is about it.
