Just wondering cause Nintendo consoles have always sucked when buying a new one. I don't want to find all my purchases are gone... but I guess saves are still tied to the games themselves or on Micro SD?
But most importantly are Games tied to the console still like old Nintendo consoles? Cause When I sold my Wii and bought a new one, I was shocked to find I lost all my games. It was at that point I sent the new Wii back and didn't play Nintendo games for years after.
Games are linked to your profile, primarily, @scaramoosh.... If you have the option to transfer everything, it's quite quick and easy
Quicker than re-diwnloading digital games! But I haven't had cause to do that since the last update, so I'm not certain if you can now put saves on SD
