Topic: create a club at ASPHALT 9 Legend

I want to create a club with myself at ASPHALT 9 Legend Nintendo switch, but can't.
when I get into the my club page, the button that use with create a club I can't click.
The button has a red line with surround.
I want to know why? How do i do?
