Hi I'm still having this issue, i have the latest version, I've cleared the cache and tried data on both the console and sd card. Nothing works. And i love the game, but I can't get properly addicted! Has anyone found any other fixes?

I was having the same problem, I just reinstalled the game which seemed to resolve the issue for me. There are a few suggestions on this site if you are still not able to get the game to work.

So, the issue only happened on Switch version?
How about the PS4 / PS5 version?
