Topic: Cant download backup data

So I was trying to download backup data for a game I redownloaded on my Switch and for some reason that option is blurred out. I’m connected to the internet, my Nintendo Online Subscription is active, I’m not sure what else is wrong! If I have to restart the game it’s no biggie cause I wasn’t far, but I’m curious now because all my games have the Download Backup Data button blurred out, as well as the View Details button and the Save Backup Data button. Thanks if anyone can help.

What game is that your referring to? Did you see the data on the Cloud setting on your Switch? Cloud data save issue is best direct to Nintendo Support for access issues.

It’s the Final Fantasy X/X2 Remastered.
I have it auto back up all my games but for some reason I can’t download any of it. I could be doing it wrong also. I might need to contact support directly.

Make sure it's the same account that loaded and saved the game. If you use different NSO account it will not find the Game Data.
