Topic: can you use bulgarian currency in euro eshop

so i have a qestion can i pay things in nintendo switch with bulgarian currency called leva my eshop is useing euro but my country doesnt use euro can i pay with leva and it accepting

@takocat13 Your eshop is tied to the region you select in your nintendo account on nintendo's website. Eshop will only accept the currency of that region. Nintendo life made a video for how to buy from another region's eshop. You can apply the same method for making purchases on EU eshop.

*NOTE: if you change your eshop region and have unspent money in that account, you will lose that unspent money. Alex mentions that part at 3:02 in the video below

@WoomyNNYes yes but im from europe and it uses euro but my country doesnt use euro can i use my countrys currency

@takocat13 Unfortunately eshop currency is locked with the country you select in your nintendo account. But as BruceCM above, and Alex mentioned (in the video at 2:24), some credit cards do the currency exchange for you (probably with a service fee? but I don't have experience with that myself). You can try your credit card to see if it works - It will work or, it wont. If that doesn't work, then I think you'll have to purchase a prepaid eshop card with a euro currency value, like they mention in the video.
