I accidently got some crap on my Switch grip that follows with the console, so I used some alcohol to remove the stain. However, it feels like the unit has swelled in the grips edges. But isn't this weird, considering it's made out of plastic?
It depends what plastic it is. I would guess it's ABS, which should be resistant but polymers like Nylon and PMMA could possibly show immediate damage. It would be unlikely to swell though - it would be more likely to show crazing.
