My previous switch has broken down, and I lost all my digital games. (There is no micro sd card). Is there a way to get them back? Plus, Nintendo support isn't helping...
1. Sign in to the Nintendo Account you wish to deactivate.
2. Click Shop Menu.
3. Click Deregister Primary Console.
4. Enter your Nintendo Account password.
5. Click Deregister twice to confirm.
Register your new Switch as your Primary console and redownload your games.
Switch Physical Collection - 1,251 games (as of April 24th, 2024)

@sansprosii You can always redownload digital games you've purchased from eshop. Go in eshop, just under your wish list is "redownload". Your save files are another story. But maybe you game progress/save files are what you're actually after. If you have the Switch Online subcription, most all games have cloud save backup support.
@sansprosii The Redownload list in eshop will only show digital games you bought. It won't show physical games. If digitally purchased games are not on your redownload list, I would call Nintendo. They can see your ehsop purchases, and help you. It's not a complex system. In case they want to point you page with directions on their site, I recommend you pull their site up on a desktop/lap top before you call. They've got a lot of helpful outlines on their site. To prevent needing a second call, make sure you can see the games you are looking for while they are on the phone.
