Topic: Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Was strolling over my island yesterday and found a place where I REALLY wanted to place an iron garden bench. Went to the DIY list to check for the resources and surprisingly discovered I haven’t learned this specific DIY. It’s funny and amazing that this is one of the few I have yet to learn after nine months of daily play that is not a crown or a wreath or a seasonal DIY. Does anybody has the iron garden bench as an extra at the moment?

Anyone have any luck getting the colorful and chic variants of the set of stockings?

@foxyflimflam Not really. I don't think any of my AC friends had either variant. The only time I had stockings in my shop were on December 1st, and those had the cool colors.

Well, Celeste finally showed up on my island tonight, so at least I know my game isn't glitched (or at least not any more). Unfortunately, she gave me the Capricorn recipe which means I've officially missed out on the Sagittarius one. Oh, well.

@Northwind I've only seen the stockings one time, and it was with that same scenario where a spot got restocked. I'd never seen that before either, and a couple of times I have bought an item I don't need just to see if they will restock with stockings again, but they haven't done it since (I think this was also on December 1st like @MarioLover92 ).

I thought today is Toy Day. But it's a normal day for my ısland.

I never got stockings in my store and always wondered why. I don’t buy items that often anymore and in the rare case I will not check the place again. I guess I missed my stockings variation then because I surely bought something during December. Will try today.

@Northwind Yeah that's what I've noticed. I've been keeping track of what toys appeared in my shop and lo and behold, they repeat the same colors for all the different Toy Day items.

Hmm. Giving us a DIY that needs red wrapping paper and not having it at Nook’s is a letdown. Did manage to get one new toy variant, though... Maybe next year.

@BrittGOAL14 Yeah, they should've made it so that the red wrapping paper is sold on the 24th. I was lucky that I had some left over. Thanks for the toy, by the way! Would've gotten you guys a new color by now, but sadly that didn't happen to me. We did get a massive chunk of the Toy Day items/colors, so that's cool at least!

My stocking were hung on the back wall in my nook store and a space heater was in the special area. If I didn’t happen to look up, I would not have known the stockings were there. My sister missed them in her shop as well.

We need to visit one another so then we will be able to send items through the mail.
