I accepted your friend request but I've been trying for 2 days to send your helicopter. You don't show up on the friend list to mail anything.
You can only start to send mail when one of you visited the other ones island. That’s also why I couldn’t send you the mushroom DIYs I promised you once because we never seem to play at the same time, due to time difference I think. Always looking out for you but it never happened since the start of december.
Does anybody know why it's taking a few seconds longer to save when I pick "save and end?" It's been happening consistently to me now. I do have a lot of things in my storage if that means anything.
Well...I failed to make a perfect snowboy today. At first, anyway. So, I cheated a bit and waited for the game to auto-save before I put the snowballs together. The moment he said "almost, so close," I quit the game and tried again. Fortunately, I got it the second time around!
It was bound to happen eventually. lol
@Heavyarms55 Thanks for the blue dollhouse! I do happen to have it cataloged, but I appreciate your help nonetheless. I'm missing a beige puppy plushie, yellow and black tin robots, and colorful and chic sets of stockings (5 things I'm missing for Toy Day). If you don't have any of those, don't worry about it.
So I think I have a good routine for balloon hunting but I already have 2 duplicates... including another wreath. Considering how many options there are, that is fairly annoying.
But I have a spare illuminated reindeer if you want it.
@MarioLover92 Alrighty. honestly people were sending me stuff daily so I was just responding with what uncatalogued things I found. If you don't need it, toss it or use it for present fodder. lol
Last I night I managed four snowflake wreath recipes, and one new recipe. Wasn't impressed
Hoping for more variety tonight and tomorrow. At least I'm managing to make perfect snowmen more often - making them smaller than you might expect seems to help.
Right now hitting the wall where it’s hard to boot up the game for the evening balloon hunt. Started of good with a lot of snowflake DIYs and building a perfect snowman is also no problem but the first two days of the festive season with the tree ornaments I got no new recipes. In fact I haven’t got ANY recipes and the balloons got even more rarely. It helps not that I have very much fun with other games
Edit: And just like that I’ve got two new DIYs in about half an hour!
Yeah, you guys are right...making a perfect snowboy is way more difficult than it needs to be. I swear, I had my snowballs spot-on...but then I'm told it's not right. Had to restart the game a few times as a result. I eventually got it just right though, plus I took a couple screenshots to help me out. (I can post them right here if you'd like.) I'm happy that I got it for sure, but why does it have to be so hard???
I got a couple seasonal DIYs from balloons too (illuminated snowflakes and ornament mobile). If you'd like them made but can't get the DIYs at this time, let me know!
Apparently it was was not worth hurrying to get all of the snowflake recipes before the ornament recipes arrived, because I got a repeat last night even though I've only gotten 2 or 3 ornament ones so far. At least I got an ornament later. One a night will still be plenty of time to get them all.
