@BenAV ah cool, so you're on Aus time too hey? My friend code is SW-8045-4533-8325, you're welcome to come visit my island anytime.
and that goes for everyone on here too. Grab my FC and send me a friend request. Everyone is welcome. I'm keen to get into the AC community but still learning how it all works. My first AC game and I absolutely love it!
Speaking of animal crossing should i try the original or do you guys and gals think it's too dated? I've actually never played any of them. Not sure where to start.

@Zeldafan79 I enjoy them all (older versions and current) and gladly play them via an Emulator on my PC or on the original GameCube and Wii consoles. I've played the original Animal Crossing, Animal Crossing: City Folk, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, and now Animal Crossing New Horizons. The previous versions are much simpler as far as Resources and DIY, but still hold a lot of appeal. I think they are worth the experience, maybe try to find the older versions in Used condition as you won't be playing them as long as Animal Crossing New Horizons...you technically could play them for just as long, but there's much more to do in New Horizons with decorating and terraforming every inch of your Island.
To answer you question, the original isn't too dated, in my opinion. It's almost a warm up exercise versus Power 90. I really don't recall it taking so long to pay off my house, although New Horizons does offer more rooms and that definitely contributes to the Cost and time it takes to pay off debt. Also, I think you'd have a lot of fun jumping right into New Horizons.
Sincerely,
Linda (Shepherd's Aunt)

How do people manage to make so many bells? The most I've had at any one time is 70,000 but obviously with buying things this goes back down again. I sell things etc but how are people making millions of bells, is there something I should do to make more? Thank you
