I'm interested in getting a cart of Clannad, Side Stories and Moon on Switch. Every Japanese game seems to have two options. One being cheaper than the other. Because I can't read it, it's tricky. Does the cheaper game, mean it's download code only? Don't think so, are there extras in the more lavish one. Moon is a whole 1,200 yen cheaper than the other option. Maybe it's Amazon marketplace offers, idk. Could you guys help me with this one?
@Furealz as Magician said, google translate can help with that. You can also translate the entire page if you paste the page address into google translate.
I must be clearer. Translating doesn't help much. It tells me about some file. Like it comes with one of those folders for paper that Japanese games give out a lot. Amazon Japan and Nintendo Soup are the cheapest options from my area. I think it's best to order the cheapest one cause you still get the physical game. It's just I've always wanted to know if I was missing something.
@Furealz As far as I can tell, right under the "ships from and sold by" which are both Amazon, there's an option for "edition". One is an Amazon-specific edition, and the other is the normal one. I believe they are mostly identical, with the Amazon edition offering some kind of bonus. In the case of Moon, the bonus seems to be a digital one, a special computer wallpaper. For Clannad, it appears to be an "A4 clear file" which I think is a plastic file folder. The special item can be determined by translating the item titles which contain ćAmazon.co.jpéå®ćwithin.
@Furealz Yeah, when I tried looking at amazon japan, even with translations I had a hard time figuring out some details.
I was going to say, Heavyarms55 lived in japan for a while, and is fluent with japanese. If you wanted to, you could paste the amazon japan page link and and tag him to take a look. But it looks like sdelfin may have just done that for you.
