Topic: almost ready to sell my switch

Everyone has an opinion but not all opinions are equal. You should be making a constant effort to be super hard on your opinions. Take your opinions out, put them on the side of the road and smash it to pieces with a 2x4. If it can withstand that sort of treatment? Then it might be a worthy opinion to hold.

I have absolutely zero respect for opinions that are wrapped up in cotton wool. Arguments are how you beat the crap out of unworthy opinions. Arguing with opinions is not a waste of time. I'd argue that it's the only thing you should be doing with your opinions. Don't be scared to have your opinions beaten up, it's what they're for.

FWIW on Switches being sold, there is never more than two in my local CeX, so while some are selling without a doubt, there are still buyers.

To my knowledge, if you have something expensive and it took a while to get, wouldn't it be sensible to keep it a bit longer?

@Phazon Stocks still tight so you could potentially sell it for more than you paid. I wouldn't recommend it though as it's a great console. I put over 250 hours into zelda and I thought I was going clear. Now the sodding DLC has pulled me back in.

Dang u guys are salty! I think the Switch's launch can be compared to the 3DS's, as they were both released around the same time of year. The 3DS had a rough start because of the price, but then sales skyrocketed after the price drop. The Switch is doing better than the 3DS did & costs $50 more than the 3DS did, so I think that adds a bit more to the debate in favor of the Switch succeeding.

The important thing is we're having fun.

@Awesome_Man I also play on 2DS, and these topics pop on the front page when I'm checking news for those games. So here's a suggestion: hide the Switch forums completely and you won't hear a complaint from me!

@Mahe When you're looking on the forums you can select the 3DS/2DS channel so you won't have to see any stories about the Switch. Let's be honest though your not going to do that as you enjoy trolling.

I never sell consoles. i don't think it's wise to but ok. Maybe if you hate it so much, better to sell it now while you can prolly make a profit off it.

If I was unhappy with something and could sell it at minimum loss or even at some profit - I wouldnt hesitate.
The switch is a great console IMO with many outstanding games coming up, so there is a lot to look forward to for me.
In regard to the wii u the situation was much worse - nintendo abandoned the console pretty early on, lots of droughts and some mediocre or lackluster games. Still it provided lots of fun to me. More than ps4 or xbox could ever had.
