Im looking for an online multi player game for 4 players (me and my wife and my brother and his wife) to play online together in a party. Something like a final fantasy or monster hunter. Where we group up to kill baddies and collect loots. What do you guys suggest?
Nine Parchments, Torchlight II, and Torchlight III are very similar. The first two even have a demo on the eShop. Quest Hunter was another game (demo) I played with a similar vibe. Was it for 4 players though? I don't remember.
So here's a small one: Iron Crypticle is a neat 4p co-op roguelike dungeon crawler twinstick shooter by Tikipod who made the extremely good Aqua Kitty UDX and Rock Boshers DX - Director's Cut.
Iron Crypticle has some RPG elements (skill levels) and tons of item collecting (with progression much like in Bubble Bobble), several difficulty modes, but permadeath (after using up several continues). It's very polished, often on sale, and a very small download. Check out a video.
I'd also say Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity but that's only 2 player.
And it seems I should try Divinity: Original Sin II - Definitive Edition one day. Is the Switch version good?
