Topic: Unable to accept Privacy Policy. Please Help

Just installed Resident Evil 8 on my Switch 2 with the Key Card.

Loads up fine, and after confirming the settings... subtitles, brightness and age, I get to the Privacy Policy menu.

However, it won't highlight "agree" nor "disagree" so I can't select either.

I have tried opening the Privacy Policy and scrolling to the end.
I've tried deleting it and reinstalling to no avail.

I am logged in to my main account and there aren't any parental restrictions.
Does anyone know how I can solve this issue?
