What hardware features would you want in a Switch successor?

Having played with a Steam Deck and Ayaneo Next Pro, I really like how RTS games feel on those systems compared to the Switch (where I played Bad North). Having a touchpad or trackwheel option is nice for certain genres, and Hall-Effect sticks make platformers feel better. I would also want some way to provide better support for pointer controls for light gun games, rail shooters ala Kid Icarus, or Nintendo Sports titles.

With that in mind:
1. Hall effect sticks to eliminate deadzones and stick drift issues common on current analogue joycons
2. Infrared beacons on the dock so that it can double as a light sensor. Wiimotes work with lit candles, so if all you need is an infrared emitter to get that extra precision, 2 extra LEDs should theoretically be cheap. This would allow more precise motion controls.
3. A GPD style thumb-touchpad or Steamdeck-style touchpad without the haptic feedback that makes it feel like a ball. This should allow more precision for point and click adventures, city builders, and RTS games when in handheld mode or using a controller.

Cool things I don't really want:
I think a glasses-less 3D screen would be cool if paired with dual rear-facing cameras to allow for up-ressed 3DS remasters and possible sales as a camera and AR device, but I wouldn't want to trade power for it. Xreal-style glasses that act as a monitor to allow for 1080p theater-sized screens on the go would be really cool and another way to get 3DS remakes in 3D, but would raise the price too significantly if done properly with a micro-OLED projected display and would be difficult to make child-friendly.
