I live in Spain and have preordered my Switch 2 from Fnac.
Having never preordered anything before, I’m not sure what to expect. I am surprised, though, that the money stubbornly remains untouched in my bank account.
I dunno about that particular store, but Amazon for example only charges the money and ships a preordered product on the same day it's released. My Switch 2 preorder is from Nintendo's official online store, and they charged the money last week.
Mine has been dispatched and the order status changed from being in progress to dispatched/delivered. I ordered from Smyths Toys and they typically take money 3 or 4 days after pre-authorising it. I can see the pre-authorisation on my Bank Account so I know that money will be taken out soon.
Did your payment method get pre-authorised yet? if not keep an eye on your phone in case your bank flags the transaction. Simply approve it if they ask if it's you.
I have ordered mine from Nintendo in the UK and they charged me last week, and have already sent it out for delivery. I will be avidly checking the tracking over the next couple of days.

I have mine ordered from Argos in the UK. They took my full payment back when I pre ordered it, which was one of the reasons I picked them, I wanted to pay for it then with spare money I had. Apparently they use all different kinds of delivery, it could be posted, it could be via courier, if it's courier they'll apparently text me the night before with a delivery window.

Yeah and then it says waiting for Parcel. It's a Bank Holiday here in Ireland so nothing will update today so it should update again either tomorrow or Wednesday.

Yep just checked my email and I have the same message, my misses doesn't have a message yet though and she ordered from Argos as well.... I haven't had a message about the copy of Cyberpunk I ordered from Argos yet though, also no idea if I'm getting my Rune Factory from Amazon on the day, not worried though if I get the machine as I'll just play Mario Kart and set it up etc.
One regardless what Country they are from should check their online retailers orders they made and check your bank or CC for charges to verify your PreOrders. No one on here can do that besides you yourself.
I never ended up with a preorder of the switch 2 because I didn't want to go through the hassle of fighting for it on websites that are constantly having issues cause everyone else is wanting it. In retrospect, I think I should have tried. But now, I'm thinking of picking it up at a Costco right when it opens on June 5th. My only hesitation is that I would be paying $25 extra dollars for an individual membership for 12 months of NSO+EP. If anyone has tips for picking it up fast or has any other suggestions for retailers to pick up from, go ahead. (I can't wait for this fairly stressful part of getting a new system to pass, so I can get to the fun stuff )

At this point anyone late to Preorder pickup is most likely after June 6 or so depending on midnight of or on June 5 in-store inventory for those buyers will be limited. And your going that day is just like the preorder rush day so if your saying what your saying you should just sit out and not go this June 4 midnight or June 5 or 6 to get Switch 2 and wait til later.
