Considering FRLG still aren’t playable, it seems like they announced and let preorders go live for the games a week before launch to prevent a repeat of Silksong where no preorder phase crippled the eshop.

I feel like having the streak time prominently displayed every time you go into the NSO menu was a very strategic choice by Nintendo. If we never saw that I wouldn't care at all about streaks.

We just found out Pokemon isn't the big holiday game. So we are definitely getting a big surprise in a direct later.

@FishyS I also think Pokopia is gonna be bigger than people realise.

I know a few people who would probably buy a Switch 2 for Pokopia, knowing that Gen 10 is on the way later.

@FishyS Agreed. I think this increases possibilities of 3d Mario, just 11 more days until MAR10 to likely find out. LM4 and Mario Maker 3 could also be the big holiday title.

If MAR10 is a dud, I suspect a Zelda presentation were they announced the ocarina remake and that is the holiday title.

I think this pushes any Switch lite 2 release possibilities out of this year.

Did the say if Gen10 was switch 2 exclusive? I think it being 2027, the chances are high.
Hopefully being switch 2 exclusive and having 6-12 months extra to develop will help lessen any graphical and frame issues that happened with a few switch Pokemon titles.

@RobLife1 Winds and Waves are Switch 2 exclusive, and if they release in late 2027, that means theyve had over 5 years of development time.
