Topic: Next Nintendo Direct?

I do wonder if the facts are a bit messed up. As in, it wasn't the actual event on Thursday, but the announcement for that event will come on Thursday. After all, if the facts are right, we see the console. No games. That to me speaks of a small trailer that shows the console, perhaps only 30 seconds long, that will announce when an event to showcase everything about it is coming.

I think I have just got caught up in it being today, so using fact just felt right.

Thinking about the supposed reveal today...can someone tell me what NateTheHate has accurately leaked in the past?

IIRC he was the Switch Pro guy, and also talked about Wind Waker / Twilight Princess on Switch...neither of which happened. IDK it seems strange that people still put faith in this guy?

I have no idea, honestly.
I don't put any value in his "leaks". The guy's been wrong so many times it's kind of funny people still trust him.

@Buizel @stephanxliko As of recent, he’s been giving exact days of Directs before it was announced, knew about Xbox multiplatform strategy, teased a Nintendo announcement that’d be ‘music to your ears’ right before the Nintendo Music App release, etc.

Alright, I'll be honest here and say that the announcement for a Direct in April disappoints me a bit. It's yet another long wait. But at least we've got a concrete date this time, so no more speculation on that part.

Great way to start the day! After YEARS of waiting for this announcement, it’s here. The best part - we have a date for the next Direct. I don’t think I could handle any more speculation/ waiting.

It's Direct for Nintendo Switch 2, so I still kinda expect usual, any type mid-February Direct for Switch 1!

Nintendo will likely give us a Switch 1 Direct in February to talk about what games are coming before the Switch 2 launches.
