Nintendo announced with Switch 2 you can share games like Clubhouse games with friends who don't own the game...OK nice.
BUT...they have stated on the website that gameshare + game chat includes online game sharing. Games include Mario Odyssey which effectively gives that game online co-op. Also Captain Toad is getting online co-op through game share.
Not only that but asynchronous gameplay such as Mario chase in Nintendo Land is possible!
It may be possible to use a second switch in a Wii U style mode with Game Share.

I'd be more excited if it applied to more games than just 51 Clubhouse Games at first.
If they manage to get a sizable number of compatible titles then yes, this will be a worthy feature. Especially considering the fact it can be used online.
Psalms 22:16 (1,000 yrs before Christ)
They pierced My hands and feet
Isaiah 53:5 (700 yrs before Christ)
He was pierced for our transgressions
Zachariah 12:10 (500 yrs before Christ)
They will look on Me whom they pierced
@JaxonH That is the point of the post, they have announced Mario Odyssey is going to support GameShare online. Which means ONLINE CO-OP with a game previously only same screen multiplayer.
Same with Captain Toad - previously only same screen co-op, now will support online co-op.
I am sure the list of games will grow, I could see Hyrule Warriors supporting this, the original on Wii U supported the second player through the gamepad.
