Hi all,
I have a Crehensy controller which I have been using with the Switch OLED.
I now have a Switch 2 which won’t/can’t see the controller, I have tried several times now but failed.
Do I have to get a certain controller for it?

In the US, the only listing I can find is a $16 "Cehensy" controller. With cheap third party controllers, especially lesser known or unknown third parties, there's likely a greater risk that they aren't supported, or a future switch system update could break their compatibility. Just last month, a system update broke third party switch 2 docks. It may not be much different for controllers. In the case of the third party docks, the good companies issued updates to fix things. If a third party controller company doesn't have a website, maybe avoid those.

If you want options, you can trust Nintendo licensed third party brands like Power A, Hori, PDP, or RDS (These are just a few brands I know off hand). 8Bitdo is a good quality controller brand. Or stick to controllers sold at a trusted big name physical store in your area. If a trusted retailer has a website with third party sellers, I would maybe avoid the third party seller options or make sure free returns are available.
