R.I.P. Music Mondays I guess. We barely knew ya.

Now my hope is that the drop days are indeed just Thursdays, since it could still be that drop dates will be completely random going forward, which would be obnoxious, to say the least.

Maybe Shed Guy just wants to watch the world burn.

I reckon Shed Guy's book club moved to Tuesday night, so he needs Monday night to skim through that week's book and pretend he's read it.

Y'know, I think because this era of gaming is entirely in the past, even when games try to go retro they rarely bring back the type of midi sounding music, especially from Nintendo games from the late 90s and early 2000s, that I've started to really notice how off and occasionally even annoying some of my favorite Nintendo soundtracks can be. Paper Mario is maybe my go to example of music that I wish got remade (the music needs it more than the Mario RPGs that got remakes) because of that.

And I say that because I also really notice it with Wind Waker at points, but despite that, it is still obviously one of the best Nintendo soundtracks. Like listening to it again, its never been more obvious how dated it sounds (in some ways more dated than NES/SNES music that isn't even able to attempt to sound like real instruments), but it is still 10/10 music. The fact that Phantom Ganon and Helmorok King are basically minutes from each other in the game is unfair to boss music in nearly any other game, its so good.

Wind Waker HD redid all of the music to be less midi-sounding, it's kind of hard to notice unless you listen back-to-back but it makes a difference!

@Robot99 I did notice for a few songs when I played the game, but I assumed at the time most of it was the same. I think I would in fact, notice more now.
