Topic: Used Wii U - Don't Know Password for Network ID or Parental Code Pin - How To Reset?

Hello,

I recently picked up a Wii U at our towns swap shop. When turned on I'm asked for password for Nintendo Network ID. I do not know the password or have access to prior owner. When trying to get into parental controls I do not have the pin for that. When I try to "I Forgot" is wants to send an email to the prior owner's email and I have no way of overriding that.

How can you do a complete reset on a Wii U?
