Topic: Switch locked with Parental Pin Controls - How to remove without PIN?

Hi I've watched about 20 youtube videos on how to remove the Parental Lock without the PIN and I've made no progress.

I'm in the UK. The Youtube guides are USA users who advise to;
1) Enter an incorrect pin 6 times;
2) Go to the help screen and write down the master key;
3) Go to official Nintendo's American website for parental controls and enter your serial and master key
4) Pay half a dollar for an unlock code.

Point 4 is where I cannot progress. I am in UK. I therefore have no way of paying for this as its only for American customers.

Does anybody know if Nintendo has a UK equivalent where I can pay an equivalent fee in UK currency?

The only option I can find on Nintendo's website is to send a message to Nintendo's customer service who have not responded.
