Topic: Parent needs advice managing two Switch Lites for two kids with family online account

My first post here, and not sure I'm posting in the right section. If not, apologies.

I am a parent with two kids, each has their own Switch Lite console.

I have them both set up and running, but I'm not sure I have the accounts configured, or how I should have them set up ideally. I'd like to buy the Family Online Account, but before I do, I want to make sure I have the family settings set up properly and all that.

Any help I can get would be largely appreciated. I'm not even sure what questions to ask, so ask me whatever I may have left out. Thanks.

@jkcnewyork Nintendo Support is a good resource to search. They also have a good support phone line(easy to get a person on the line), and support chat messenger. If you call, don't be afraid to give them your email, if they ask, they only use it to log details of your call, in case you call back, so they can see what you've covered. I've used their phone line 3-4x in recent years, and the chat messenger a few times as well. They've been good, believe it or not, the nicest company I've ever called.
